He has assisted major national and international industries in acquisitions and sales of shareholdings and companies operating in different areas.<br \/>He collaborates on a regular basis with the Faculty of Law of the University of Urbino as lecturer for the chairs of International Law and European Union Law.<br \/>Michele graduated in Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Urbino in 2014 and has been a member of the Pesaro Bar Association since 2018.
