payroll assistance.<br \/>\nHe also supports clients in obtaining work authorizations and Permits of Stay in Italy and abroad for expatriate personnel (to and from Italy) by identifying the most appropiate procedures and regulations to reduce risks and time of issuance.<br \/>\nHe regularly assists and advises Italian and foreign companies that transfer personnel internationally.<br \/>\nHe has been a speaker at numerous conferences and training courses on the management of Italia workers abroad and foreign workers in Italy organized by Confindustria, professional associations and major training companies.<br \/>\nHe holds a degree in Science of Administration from LUMSA University in Rome and a degree in Economic Analysis of International Institutions from La Sapienza University in Rome.<br \/>\nSince 2008, he has regularly participated in seminars and specialization courses on personal taxation and international social security and welfare.
