This portfolio consists of two special purpose vehicles holding the permits for the construction and installation of eight rooftop photovoltaic plants. As part of the transaction, the firm handled the negotiation and drafting of the share transfer agreements, as well as the contractual aspects related to the Engineering Procurement &amp; Construction Contract (EPC), the Operation &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) Contract, and the Development Contract aimed at the realization and development of the photovoltaic plants.
