Gruppo Centro Paghe, headquartered in Vicenza and a leading provider of software and services to companies for personnel management, has acquired a majority stake in Welfarebit, a Milan-based company specializing in the provision of corporate welfare services through an online platform.
The firm Ceccarelli & Silvestri assisted the sellers – including Confinprosi and Tutela Fiscale dell’Impresa – in all contractual, corporate and M&A aspects of the transaction, as well as the partners remaining in the company with a minority stake – including Confidi, Ma Elaborazioni and Studio Agenzia per il Lavoro R&S Srl – in negotiating and defining all shareholder aspects, with a team comprising lawyers Emanuele Silvestri, Francesco Ceccarelli and Michele Coloccini.
Gruppo Centro Paghe was assisted for all legal, corporate and M&A aspects of the transaction by Studio LRS Avvocati of Vicenza with a team comprising lawyers Marco Schievano and Cinzia Rizzo. For all accounting and tax aspects of the transaction, Gruppo Centro Paghe, with the aid and support throughout the process of administrative manager Angela Forcato, was assisted by Dr. Guido Grego of Studiocomm Srl Stp and Dr. Luca Mascioni.
