Filippo Simoncini focuses on contract law, European Union law, private international law and has a strong interest in new technologies.

He regularly provides legal advice to Italian and foreign companies, with a focus on the area of contracts and cross-border legal issues, such as international sanctions.

He graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Ferrara, with a thesis in private international law and European Union law, written and discussed in English.

During his academic years he also participated in the “Percorso Alciato,” a training project of excellence offered by the Ferrara faculty, obtaining a scholarship and the “Ferrara School of Law” Diploma, certifying his mastery of English in the legal field.

He began his professional training before graduation, working with other law firms, and is currently registered with the Pesaro Bar Association of Practicing Lawyers; he also attends training courses at the Forensic School.

He habitually conducts his professional activities in Italian and English.
