He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and training courses on the management of Italia workers abroad and foreign workers in Italy organized by Confindustria, professional associations and major training companies.
He holds a degree in Science of Administration from LUMSA University in Rome and a degree in Economic Analysis of International Institutions from La Sapienza University in Rome.
Since 2008, he has regularly participated in seminars and specialization courses on personal taxation and international social security and welfare. He is the author of a book on the management of workers abroad and numerous articles on the same topic.
In 2005, he earned his MBA from LUISS University in Rome.
